Brake disc and brake disc washer products are exported to domestic and foreign markets, and are highly praised by customers. The above rust removal method of stepping on the brake is not applicable. When there is a lot of rust, the surface of the brake disc will be uneven. In this case, braking will cause the body to shake. The driver can clearly feel the abnormalities of the brake pedal, steering wheel and body. At this time, it will be difficult to remove the rust. Even if it is "polished" reluctantly, it will cause abnormal wear of the brake pads and there will still be shaking.
So we'd better drive the vehicle into the repair shop, remove the brake disc, polish the rust with sandpaper, check the surface of the brake pad for abnormalities, and carry out a road test after installation. Drive at a speed of 70km/h on a flat road and brake several times to ensure that there is no abnormality. If there is shaking, it means that the surface of the brake disc is uneven and needs to be further polished and leveled or replaced as appropriate.
